Tuna and Crab Formulas
I'm noticing a lot of employees making the tuna and crab too dry. If it's too dry, your customers may think you're serving them old product and it doesn't look appealing.
Tuna - must have 26 oz. of regular mayo in it. This may look soupy, but when serving it looks much more appealing to customers.
Crab- must have 8 oz. of regular mayo.
Make sure not to prep too much of the tuna or the crab. They must be used within 48 hrs. or they need to be thrown out....

PREPARATIONS for Crisp chicken and yogurt parfait!!
Managers the new prices for the Crisp chicken sandwich is $4 for the six inch and $6 for the footlong. The yogurt parfait will be $1.49.
To make the crisp chicken sandwich, the chicken needs to be toasted directly on the oven basket- no deli paper. Make sure you are rotating your oven baskets every hour, or when getting dirty...
Preparation for Crisp chicken sandwich:
1) Place footlong bread on deli paper and make hinge cut.
2) Place 2 Chicken patty fritters directly on one side of the speed oven basket and toast on Crisp chicken/12" Stage 1
3) When alarm sounds, remove basket from oven and place Bread on the other side of basket using deli paper, making sure deli paper and chicken doesn't overlap.
4) Place bread and chicken fritters back into the oven and toast on Setting Crisp Chick/12" Stage 2.
5) Remove from oven and place chiken fritters on top half of the bread.
6) Add the appropriate amounts of requested veggies.
7) Add 3 passes of honey musturd sauce.
8) Close bread, cut in half, discard deli paper and wrap.
Preparation for the new Yogurt Parfait:
1) Place parfait cup on scale and zero scale. (Make sure you are using special cups sent for parfaits) Using tuna or any scoop available, add yogurt to up until scale reaches 2 oz. (about 1 1/2 scoops).
2) Add frozen fruit on top of yogurt until scale reaches 3.5 oz.
3) Add yogurt ( another 2 oz.) on top of fruit until scale reaches 5.5 oz.
4) Place lid on top of container.
5) Center packet (unopened) on top of parfait lid.
6) Take ingredient label and write your initials, date, and Prep time.
7) Peel backing from ingredient label and attach circle portion of label and center on granola packet. Attach the label sides to sides of cup. Refrigerate in bottled drink holder where old yogurt used to be.
Must be used in 24 hrs. Only make a few a first so we don't end up throwing old ones out.
Managers please review this with your crew. Instructions for new sandwich and parfait are included in box. Please post where crew can read!
Also, If customers get a $25 gift card they can receive a free sub.
Let Stacy, Dave, or your managers know if you have any questions!!

I ordered and then waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru. There wasnt anyone else in front of me. I could see 2 girls and a boy inside walking back and forth and no one would acknowledge me. I finally had my hands up in the air to see if someone would come to the window. The girl said, Oh sorry for the wait. She gave me my food and I told her that they need to get it together. This was the 2nd time that I had been to this particular store and waited. Last time was 25 minutes. She just sat there. And then to top it off, I get my sandwich and it has turkey and cheese on it, none of the condiments I requested. And as far as the question below about what specific area of customer service did I have an issue with - I wish there was an all of the above answer. It was all awful. I love Subway, but this particular store in Riverdale, UT is ridiculous. Ive talked to numerous people with the same problem.

Hey everyone we can all learn from each other. We all need to be welcoming customers "welcome to subway" when they walk in. This means with a smile!! Don't just say it because you have to...

Dave,
Thanks for the free meal. I went back and the service was better. Just continue to teach your kids manners “ like that it is nice to stay 'hello how can I help you?' rather than "what do you want?'
Thanks,
Josh
